Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in Morton Grove, IL. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, facilitating effective communication with suppliers and customers, and overseeing the approval processes for manufacturing and inspection procedures.

  • Review and identification of contract requirements
  • Flow down of MIL STD and MIL SPEC requirements to Operations and Purchasing
  • Works directly with suppliers and subcontractor in order to obtain needed procedural and inspection documents
  • Work directly with customer to submit and obtain approvals of the manufacturing and inspection procedures
  • Administers government source inspections with DCMA
  • Identifies and attains approvals for new suppliers and subcontract houses
  • Compiles final documentations and shipment approvals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Preferred).
  • Experience in Auditing (CQA preferred)
  • Experience with 10 CFR 50 and NQA
  • Familiar in Lean and Six Sigma usage with hands on experience.
  • Familiar with Nuclear Management Systems
  • Familiar with Regulatory Affairs
  • Familiar with Nuclear Audits
  • Familiar with Nuclear procedures and policies
  • SSBB, SSGB certification preferred

Salary Range:

$64,194 — $96,292 USD (DOE)
