Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Assist to maintain internal and external communication channels including the Smiths Now APP E-mail distribution and official website.
· Assist to develop company WeChat content
· Assist to create China communications assets including brochures posters standees.
· Assist to produce videos, vlogs, and webcasts.
· Work independently to complete some daily work of translation, and content management.
· Create and translate marketing materials for internal and external communications.
· Manage leads generation
· Support on logistics and execution for various communication campaign
Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Chinese,
with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
3. Experience with video editing software (e.g.剪映) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) preferred.
4. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
5. Previous internship or relevant work experience in communication or related fields is a plus.
6. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
