Job Description
Responsible for providing financial leadership and accounting management with the purpose of driving division profitability in partnership with the leadership team while ensuring internal controls are in place for compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Directs budgeting, audit, tax, banking, and accounting activities. Has specific responsibility for developing and coordinating necessary and appropriate accounting and statistical data with and for all segments of the business.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Excellent accounting, math, and reporting aptitude
- Effective interpersonal, presentation, training and verbal and written communication skills
- Deadline oriented
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Keen knowledge of reporting systems, able to retrieve information without reliance on IT
- Ability to create reports and analytical tools
Education & Experience preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree, B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting, or other related financial discipline
- 7-10 years minimum accounting experience
- Knowledge of IFRS a plus
- Knowledge of FAS a plus
- Knowledge of Epicor a plus
