Job Description
Responsible for preparation and execution of CNC machining operations in accordance with production plan, quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance to occupational HSE standards.
- Familiarization with input technical documentation and work instructions.
- Preparation and implementation of tools, rigging, devices, gauges and appliances necessary for each specific work.
- Preparing and maintaining of workplace and CNC machines availability for production operations.
- Set up and precision verification of CNC machines
- CNC equipment programming
- Execution of machining operations.
- Quality Control measurements and checks.
- Rectification of defects.
- Maintenance/repairs of machines and auxiliary equipment/systems.
- Requisitioning of consumables, spares, tools and other materials necessary for production operations/maintenance.
- Preparing and submitting work reports and safety related reporting as appropriate.
- Identification, communication, planning and implementation of work process improvements.
- Persistence of highest Company HSE standards
- Participation in continuous improvement activities.
- Sustaining of corporate culture within facility and across company.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- Special Professional Education Diploma in machining.
- Minimum of 4 years’ directly job specific experience.
- Languages: English (In addition to Kazakh/Russian).
